With all of the banana health benefits, it is easy to see why they are such a
popular fruit. In many ways, their benefits are far greater than that of other
fruits. Make banana as a part of your regular diet, consisting of grains,
vegetables, fruits etc. and not the only diet.
So maybe it’s time to change that well-known phrase to...
“A banana a day keeps the doctor away.”
