Excellency knew that several of the Brothers regarded
Brother Vincent as their first choice and that they had
not voted for him because there was a general agreement
at Bruges that Brother Vincent would not be considered
since he had enroll6d at New Year's as a student at the
Training College in London.
On Saturday, February eleventh, Brother Vincent ar-
rived in Bruges. His formal installation as Superior
General took place in the chapel of "Het Walletje" in
the presence of Bishop Malou, the Canons of the Ca-
thedral, and the Superiors of all the communities of
male religious in the Town of Bruges.
