I am writing further to my e mail of 25 March regarding the above planning application.

I have read the Design and Access Statement submitted with this application and whilst it does set out how
the new scheme has sought to address issues that were flagged up with the previous submission, I do not
consider that this constitutes a statement of community involvement. I would there fore be grateful if you
could provide the Council with a statement of community involvement that clearly sets out what
engagement has taken place with the local community prior to the submission of this new planning
application.

As this is a validation r equirement I will not be able to progress the application until a statement of
community involvement has been provided.
