Wealden House, Lewes Road, Ashurst Wood

Proposed new build residential development consisting of 54 units following the demolition of all
existing site buildings.

I am writing with regards to the above planning application.

As you will be aware from the previous application on this site, for residential schemes of more than 10
units, it is a requirement of our local validation list that a Statement of Community Involvement is
provided with the application. I have attached a link below to our local va lidation list.

I have looked through the new application and I cannot see that a Statement of Community Involvement
has been submitted. I would be grateful if you could advise me what engagement has taken place with the
local community prior to the submission of this new planning application.
