                Comments: Dear Mr King

While I accept the need for the EDF site to be developed
I wish to object to the most recent proposal for the
                                following reasons.

                                1. The density and design of the proposed development,
particularly the latter, is completely inappropriate for the
rural nature of the locality in fact it reflects more the
design of the existing EDF building rather than the scale
and character of the surrounding area, in particular
Wealden House LIC and Ashbourne Park.

                                2. With regard to parking and traffic flow I note that the
developer has amended the online plan to increase the
parking spaces at the entrance to the development
                                immediately adjacent to the A22.
The 4.8metre wide exit/entrance to and from the A22,
currently shared by the LIC and Ashbourne Park is
                                already hazardous.
With the ever increasing flow of traffic in and out
including refuse trucks, food & parcel deliveries plus the
probability of a further 100 plus cars from the proposed
