                Comments:       Dear Sir,

                                This is an immensely disappointing application which
                                clearly fails to conform with Neighbourhood Plan policy
                                for the site as set out in Policy ASW9, As such I object to
                                this specific application.

                                Most specifically the scheme does not reflect the
                                predominant character of the area with regard to unit
                                type, scale and massing as required under
                                Neighbourhood Plan policy ASW9(a). The design
                                proposed is particularly ugly, the density is too intensive
                                and the buildings are too high. The applicants can do so
                                much better here.

                                I would like to see a full Housing Needs assessment
                                carried out by the applicants. Also the site must provide
                                for the full element of affordable houses (for local
                                people) as required by the planning authority. This
                                application clearly fails such test.
