Page 320 - All files for Planning Inspectorate update
P. 320
Good morning Steven,
I put together this spreadsheet for your pre-app query. As before the contribution is quite small and
no premises contribution is sought due to existing capacity at Chequer Meads. The Police S106
requests do not make any concessions for affordable housing and I’ve used to same predicted
occupancy for all units (as outlined in the SPD).
Hope it’s useful. Apologies for the delay getting this over to you on my return from leave.
Kind regards,

Subject: RE: S106 contributions for Wealden House
Hi Andy
The application form states that the scheme would in total provide 15 x 1 bed flats and 39 x 2 bed
flats.
Therefore for the AH mix of 16 units the market housing would be 9 x 1 bed and 29 x 2 bed. For an
AH mix providing 17 units the market housing would be 9 x 1 bed and 28 x 2 bed.
