1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 This appeal relates to an application that was submitted to Mid Sussex District
Council on the 11 February 2019 for the demolition of the existing buildings on the

site and the erection of a new residential development comprising 54 units at; EDF

Energy, Wealden House, Lewes Road, Ashurst Wood, West Sussex RH19 3TB.
