               1.22        The adjoining Life Improvement Centre site was briefly discussed and its
                         allocation in the Neighbourhood Plan. It was noted that the number of units
                         allocated was stated as ‘unknown’. DP confirmed that reference to it in the
                         submitted DAS was solely to demonstrate that the scheme under consideration
                         at the EDF site would not prejudice the development of any potential scheme on
                         the Life Improvement Centre site; and was not intended as a proposal for
                         consideration in the current planning application.

                         WD invited DP to send revised proposals to him informally as they evolve: he
                         would respond promptly.

                         Without any further points raised the meeting was ended.


                         Actions


                             •   DP to update site layout to address comments/discussion
                             •   DP to review typical elevational treatment of a couple of blocks to agree
                                 detailing with Will Dorman
                             •   SK/WD to assess revised layout/elevations to establish officer support in
                                 principle
                             •   Given support, a further extension of time would be agreed to allow
                                 completion of revised drawings and their substitution by DP
                             •   SK to confirm council’s position on existing building offset, as per the
                                 NPPF, following legal advice
                             •   In the meantime, PO/SM to prepare viability study based upon revised
                                 scheme
