                    1. INTRODUCTION
There is some important new material in MJC’s note of 24 July 2020 (Attached) that
                                                                         th
explains the loan/gift conflict in Louise’s (LPJS) statements and Forms E. This note adds more
detail that Marina is urged to consider . The “Bates No” references are to the main bundle

If Marina needs any documents or clarification during the course of today’s RTM (that LPJS or
HFC cannot provide), would she please call MJC on 01342 312050.

                    2. MR SOLHEIM’S WILL

 May be critically important to LPJS’s case
 Mr Solheim denies that he and LPJS discussed her will (MF Bates 215) or that he read
it. Her will was signed in November 2016
 LPJS says he did discuss the will him and explained that he had no interest in Nutley

Place and never would. Mr Solheim accepted this position: with no opposition
 On her death he would have to leave Nutley Place with no interest in it. LPJS told

him “that is the way it has to be”. (MF Bates 169)
 LPJS says he asked her for name of the firm drawing up her will (Core Law)
 On 28 October 2016, he messaged LPJS that £873.817.13 “was ours”. Ie LPJS share =
                                th
                           £430,903.56
 He transferred £500k into JLPS’s main mortgage account on 21 December 2016
                                                                                   st
 He did not ask for or have LPJS’s permission to pay anything into the main mortgage

                           account
 His Defence document denies they ever discussed wills or that he ever saw LPJS’s will
 On 5 June 2017 he paid Core Law £210 (MF Bates 220): which is about the right
                               th
                           price for a simple will:
 It is very unlikely that his will supports his case- probably does not mention of £500k

TOLATA or land purchases in July 2013 and December 2014???… it is probably a key
                           document and is not privileged.

1 LPJS has never seen a word of HFC's instructions to Marina nor a written word from her. It is
disappointing that LPJS has not been able to review Marina’s script for the RTM.
