reduce smudging. You can use any film that is equal to or narrower than your laminating machine mandrel. For example,

if you have a 27" wide laminator, you can use roll lamination film from 4" up to 27" wide. The key to
using narrower films is to make sure the top and bottom film rolls are aligned exactly over one another.
Misalignment will lead to adhesive sticking to the heat shoes or heated rollers. So, for that 11" x 17"
job, instead of using 25" film, use 18" film, saving yourself film and waste.
