                                         As we eagerly anticipate
                                      the arrival of spring, let
                                      us embrace this time of
                                      transformation and
                                      growth. Much like the
                                      blossoming of flowers,
                                      our organization is
          experiencing change and in need of revitalization to see
          our organization fully bloom. Are you ready to embrace
          this season of change? Have you DARED to take the
          initiative to plant seeds of innovation and progress?
          Have you embraced the challenge of exploring new
          opportunities and cultivating new ideas for our Washing-
          ton State Organization?
              Let us not simply observe from the sidelines but
