banking products and services that include
savings, current accounts, overdrafts,
merchandise loans, pre-shipment export
credits, and revolving export credits etc. The
company employs 22,000 employees and
has over 1000+branches in major cities and
regional markets.

Required Development
Provide an internet banking system that has the
ability to service its customers by giving access
to their customer data at anytime, or anywhere
they need access from their multiple devices.
The Legacy system that is currently in operation
needs to be eliminated completely, and
replaced with a new system that can provide
a new modern platform for a customer friendly
experience.

Product Resolution
A successful Implementation of Oracle Sales
Cloud was made with all setup with option for
expand-ability. All objects and reports from
Siebel CRM were also made available.

We also consolidated the accounts and contact
data from multiple sources, and standardized
addresses, and resolved duplicate record
issues. We initiated this step to ensure that we
installed the best customer profi le and customer
data management system.
