Required Development
Create a program that identifi es duplicate
customer records and fi elds within the data base
and takes those contacts and accounts out of
the data base as necessary.
Product Resolution
Identify the duplicate records within the fi elds
and de-duplicate contacts and accounts based
on customer’s need.
Confi gure de-duplication rules in Customer
Data Management module to fl ag and merge
duplicate records.
Implement incremental data cleansing and
de-duplication with new contacts and accounts
in addition to the existing database.
