Company Overview
This is a vacation cruise & consulting
company that reaches out to traveling
vacationers across the globe. They do this
by representing 20 of the top cruise lines
and their great promotional offers.

Required Development
This Project consists of developing an IT
unifi ed communication system and IP
Telephony protocol that would boost booking
agent productivity and streamline the process.
It would also include implementing a high level
lead generation system capable of eliminating
duplicate leads.

Product Resolution
Created a high producing program within
Salesforce to maximize customer outreach
efforts, and service their ever growing client
base using Avaya Telephony.

Created a queue that would automatically
assign leads to high-producing agents using
a Round-Robin delivery system.
De-duplicated leads based on the contact
number or email id before assigning to queues,
and created popup notifi cations for the agents.

Implement Salesforce analytics to generate
a report on the time duration between lead
acceptance and the time of the call.
