        service In-house Pharmacy.
        Required Development

        Create a clean business processing system that
        will make it possible to update clinical outreach
        campaigns by using a strong data cleaning
        system that would prevent emails from being
        rejected, while at the same time increasing the
        internal communication fl ow and response time
        between the hospital and its patrons.
        Development would also need to create a
        campaign management processing system that
        would have the ability to track and monitor all
        facets of the campaign and calculate the results
        for reporting purposes.
        Product Resolution

        Successfully enriched and segmented the
        patient data based on address, email id, and
        other profi le details.

        Automated the outreach process which, in turn,
        engaged more patients with vastly improved
        feedback throughout the campaign.
        Segmented the doctor’s information and patient
        database for internal and external use through
        a continuous running Campaign directed at the
        target segment.
