Company Overview
The Idea Village formalized in 2002 as an
independent 501(c) (3) non-profi t organization.
It’s mission is to identify, support and retain
entrepreneurial talent in New Orleans by
supporting the start-up of new entrepreneurial
ventures.
Required Development
The Project Development consisted of
automating the Idea Village on-line entrepreneur
recruitment registration portal and makes the
system easy to circumvent the many Idea
Village events.
The System also needs to allow access by
the conference Administration to publish the
programs for the Idea Village breakout sessions
and to publish billboard promotions for its
special events.
Product Resolution
The Idea Village online registration portal gives
ease of access to Entreprenuers wishing to
schedule events at the convention.
The Admin Portal for the Idea Village convention
makes it easy for administration to create
programs, special event notifi cations and
printable reports.
Custom implementations for Event and Program
registration fl ow leverages Visual force pages as
well as the Apex.
