About the Author



























               Todd Kuslikis is a fitness instructor with a background in nursing


               from the University of Western Michigan. Dissatisfied with the

               reliance on medications and surgery, he spent 15 years

               studying holistic health practices, including traditional Chinese

               medicine, yoga, and acupuncture. He combined these Eastern

               practices with Western training to develop the Feel Good Knees

               program.
