Dear Homeowner & Developers,
Is getting closer the date to celebrate the Annual Assembly, is why
we consider important report you the most important activities we
did during the year as well as the achievements reached
• Mindset shifting. - We worked to change the way we see our job,
we want that all the staff understand that our mission is to put
color to the life experience of homeowners and guests.
• Utilities Cost Reduction Strategies.- Thru analyzing our
operations we identify some specific actions that will helped us to
reduce power and water consumption.
• Environmental Comply Plan. - We implement a procedure to
ensure our operations comply with the environmental
authorization, 2018 was the second year in which we put together
the environmental comply evidence of activities that are under
HOA Mgmt... control.
• Open Communication Channels with HO.- An application to
facilitate communication with homeowners was developed and
puted available for he Homeowners, the webpage was also
improved.
• Finance.- Continue expenses control and build up reserves for
future investments; thru the expert eye of our Accounting Dep. We
control expenses and look for saving opportunities.
• Ethics and Compliance: Promote culture of ‘Speaking Up’,
integrity and transparency, including suppliers and partners.
• Social Responsibility: To strengthen social commitment with all
employees, vendors and contractors, by making Managers and
Supervisors understand socio-economic impact of our decisions
and operations and how make it positive.
