objects or pictures (including through e-mail); and other physical, verbal or visual conduct of a sexual nature .
Complaints, Discipline and Loss of Privileges
1 . Complaints by members regarding abuse of any facility or rule should be reported to the General Manager .
2 . The Board of Directors of Shenandoah Country Club has charged management
with the task of enforcing Club rules . When a member or guest is approached by
a Shenandoah manager concerning an issue of behavior, that member or guest is expected to be courteous and responsive . The management team will receive the total support of the Board in fulfillment of his/her duties . If any member or guest fails to act appropriately after a warning, and persistently violates the spirit of the Rules, that person will be subject to suspension, limitation or loss of Club privileges, or such other measures as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors .
Golf Rules
1 . Season. The Head Golf Professional will determine the hours of operation of the golf course, practice range, and golf shop . The golf course will be open as conditions permit and will close for the season on the date determined by the Golf Course Superintendent .
2 . Registration. All members, and their guests if any, must register at the golf shop or with the starter before using the facilities .
3 . Tee Times. Starting times are for #1 tee only . The starter may, at his/her discretion, start players on #10 . Golfers must inform the golf shop or starter of the number of golfers in their group when making starting times . Tee times may be made 6 days in advance and it is suggested that you go through the Clubs phone app to do so . Golf- ers are urged to cancel a tee time 24 hours in advance to allow other members to play . The Head Golf Professional will monitor cancellations occurring 1-23 hours before play or golfers not showing up at all and appropriate action will be taken for abusing the
