Join Judi Bar, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT and Jane Ehrman, MEd, CHES, CHT for Morning Mindfulness — a session devoted to gentle stretching and relaxation techniques for all ages. Learn about the benefits of mindfulness, including stress relief and improved focus, as well as tips on how to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life.
Judi Bar
Judi Bar is a Yoga Specialist and Yoga Program Manager at Cleveland Clinic Wellness & Preventive Medicine. Ms. Bar specializes in yoga to treat chronic pain and illness, including post-liver transplant. She developed a specialized yoga program for patients, caregivers and families. Her unique yoga style is a heart-centered approach that is inclusive and accessible to everyone, even those not comfortable in a traditional yoga class. Ms. Bar is the creator and Program Director for Cleveland Clinic School of Yoga, established in 2015. She has two yoga DVDs, making yoga available to all.
Jane Ehrman
Jane Ehrman is a Lifestyle Medicine Expert and has a Masters of Education in Health Education with an emphasis on mind/body medicine from the Harvard Mind/Body Medical Institute and Academy for Guided Imagery. She has certifications in Interactive Guided ImageryTM and Intrinsic Wellness Coaching. Ms. Ehrman believes that in order to change your life, you have to change your mind. She teaches effective mind-body tools to relieve stress, prepare for medical procedures, improve productivity and make the mental shift to a healthier way of living and being.
