WEX
The beneits debit card is the fastest and most convenient way
to access your funds and pay for eligible expenses. One debit
card is all you need for your beneits with WEX.
y WEX will automatically mail you two debit cards when
you enroll.
y Request additional debit cards for your spouse or
dependents from your online account. Log in and select
“Banking/Cards” under Accounts.
y Replace a lost or stolen debit card by reporting it in your
online account or the Beneits by WEX mobile app.

Access your beneits 24/7 by downloading the Beneits by WEX Mobile App or by visiting www.wexinc.com. With your WEX Mobile
App you can:
y Check your balances and view account activity.
y Use the expense scanner to determine if your expense is eligible.
y File a claim and get instantly updated on the status of your claim.
y Connect with the Participant Services Team, Monday through Friday, from 6am to 9pm CT, when you have questions. They can be
reached via live chat from your online account, via email at customerservice@wexhealth.com, or via phone by calling 866.451.3399.
If you currently have an HSA through another administrator, you can easily transfer the balance to WEX by completing the Health
Savings Account Transfer Request Form or reaching out to WEX for assistance.
