Lincoln Financial Group Voluntary Programs
Heico provides Basic Life and Employees have the opportunity to purchase Voluntary Life/AD&D up
AD&D in the amount of 1.5× to the guaranteed issue amount without underwriting if electing coverage
your salary up to $500,000 at when initially eligible. Electing coverage when not irst eligible or for
no cost to you through Lincoln more than the guaranteed amount requires evidence of insurability.
