Enhancements to the Dependent Life Plan

More coverage is available for spouses and children in 2015!
Under the Basic Life plan, Post automatically provides eligible full-time associates with life insurance coverage equal to 2x your
base salary and prior year’s bonus, rounded to the next $1,000. If you enroll in the Optional Employee Life plan, you are eligible to
elect life insurance coverage for your spouse and children under the Dependent Life plan. These plans are provided through Liberty
Mutual.


Your coverage options for each plan, along with the rates, are summarized in the following charts:

New Rate for MetLaw

The rate for the MetLaw program – group legal
services provided through Hyatt Legal Plans –
will be increasing from $9 to $9.69 per payroll.
