What’s Changing for Medical Coverage in 2015
1. Cigna Open Access Plus Copay Plan (PPO) – No Longer Available.
2. Cigna Choice Fund Open Access Plus HRA Plan – New Plan Design and Rates:
• New deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.
• Individual and family deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums apply, even if you cover one or more dependents, as
explained on page 5.
• Annual HRA contribution from Post is used toward expenses applied to your deductible.
• Copays for office visits, urgent care, and emergency room.
• 20% coinsurance (no deductible) for prescription drugs, with minimums and maximums.
• New rates. Refer to the rate sheet provided with your annual open enrollment materials..
3. New Option – Cigna Choice Fund Open Access Plus HSA (Health Savings Account) Plan:
• High-deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA).
• If you cover dependents, you are subject to only the family deductible and out-of-pocket maximum, as explained on page 5.
• You and Post make contributions to your HSA, up to the annual IRS limits, and you control when the money in the account
is used to pay for qualified medical expenses.
• Your HSA balance rolls over from year-to-year and is yours to keep if you leave Post.
• Lowest rates. Refer to the rate sheet provided with your annual open enrollment materials.
4. New Option for Associates in GA, VA, DC, and MD – Kaiser HMO Plan:
• Select a Primary Care Physician (PCP) in the Kaiser Permanente (“Kaiser”) network to help manage your care.
• No out-of-network coverage. Care must be received in the Kaiser network or from an affiliated provider/facility with a
referral from your PCP.
• Copays for office visits, urgent care, emergency room, and prescriptions drugs.
• Individual and family deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums apply, even if you cover one or more dependents, as
explained on page 5.
