Dismemberment (AD&D) As an Olshan Properties employee, you are eligible for beneits if you

You may enroll your eligible dependents for coverage once you are
eligible. Your eligible dependents include:
X Your legal spouse
X Your children up to age 26, including a natural child, stepchild,
legally adopted child, or child for whom legal guardianship has been
awarded to you or your spouse, unless the following conditions
apply:
Z If your child is a resident of Ohio, they can be covered, upon
request, to age 28 regardless of full-time student status, unless
eligible for Medicare, Medicaid or eligible for beneits at his/her
place of employment; or
Z If your child is not a resident of Ohio, they can be covered,
upon request, to age 28 if they are a full-time student at an
accredited public or private institution of higher education,
unless eligible for Medicare, Medicaid or eligible for beneits at
his/her place of employment
If you do not enroll for insurance within your irst 31 days of your date
of hire with Olshan Properties you will need to wait for the next open
enrollment.
