Employee Assistance Program (NextCare Paid
Benefit)
All full time employees have access to the Employee Assistance
Program though MetLife. This service offers support with everyday
challenges of life which may affect your health, family life, and desire
to excel at work. You are entitled to three telephone counseling session
per incident per individual per calendar year. You can reach MetLife
EAP at 800.511.3920. You may also take advantage of the web service
at www.members.MHN.com and enter the following access code
metlifeeeap1.
Critical Illness
MetLife Critical Illness insurance can complement existing medical
coverage and help ill inancial gaps caused by out-of- pocket expenses
such as mortgage payments, college tuition, hiring household help, or
treatment not covered by your medical plan. Beneits are paid regardless
of what is covered by medical insurance. Payments are made directly
to covered employees to spend as they choose. A full summary of this
