Paid Time Off and Sick Hours
As a full time NextCare employee, paid time off will be available to you
once you have met the conditional period requirements, typically 90 days.
Please refer to NextCare wage and hour policy Paid Time Off for more
details.
Holidays
Company paid holidays are available to you after you have met the
conditional period requirements, typically 90 days. The company
recognizes six holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas. Paid Time Off hours
are used to take a holiday off.
401(k) Plan
The company offers a 401(k) Retirement plan through John Hancock,
USA. Employees are eligible for the plan if age 18 or older and after 6
months of employment. Open enrollment periods are January 1, April 1,
July 1, and October 1. Newly eligible employees will receive formal
email notiication to their NextCare email address 30 days prior to open
enrollment with further details. Please refer to the beneits page of the
NextCare Intranet for plan details.
