Leave Beneits
Paid Time Off and Flexibility at GLG
Working as a GLG employee means always expanding our personal and professional expertise, learning
and curiosity, and taking a fresh perspective on everything that we do in our lives. To wholly support GLG’s
mission, we encourage employees to take time away from the ofice. We also believe in taking personal
responsibility for managing your own time, workload and performance, and as such, employees of GLG are
afforded the lexibility to take time off to accommodate vacation, illness, family bereavement, and life events.
Therefore, we do not have pre-set limits based on seniority or title.

Holidays
GLG is open on every day that the New York Stock Exchange is open. The schedule is available at:

Primary Caregiver Leave
GLG will provide up to sixteen (16) weeks (depending on the employee’s years of service with the Company)
of paid leave to the primary caregiver who has a child through birth, adoption, or surrogacy. Documentation
will be required for proof of birth, adoption, or surrogacy. The time taken is deducted from any FMLA to which
the employee may be entitled.
The schedule for salary continuation is as follows:
Years of Service* Salary Continuation
Less than 6 months 66-2/3% pay for 12 weeks
6 months to 3 years 100% pay for 14 weeks
3+ years 100% pay for 16 weeks
* The above chart outlines GLG’s salary continuation according to employee’s vesting years of service with GLG. Primary caregiver leave beneits will run
concurrent with STD beneits, if the employee is eligible. All primary caregiver leave runs concurrently with FMLA leave.
Parental Leave
For parental leave, GLG will provide four (4) weeks (depending on the employee’s years of service with the
Company) of paid leave to the non-primary caregiver who has a child through birth, adoption, or surrogacy.
This time must be taken within one (1) year of the birth, adoption or surrogacy. Documentation will be
required for proof of birth, adoption or surrogacy. Time taken is deducted from any FMLA to which the
employee may be entitled. Paid time off will run concurrent with any FMLA leave entitlement.
The schedule for salary continuation is as follows:
Years of Service Salary Continuation
Less than 6 months 66-2/3% pay for 4 weeks
6 months + 100% pay for 4 weeks
