B Well is available to all associates in 2016. HSA qualiied plan
participants can earn up to $1,000 into their HSA; plus a Health and

Wellness Day off for achieving B Well status. Go to OTL > B Well to
learn more!


New this year—earn 750 points for participating in a potentially
life-saving biometric screening!

B Informed 1,000 points $250 HSA seed
B Active 3,000 points $250 HSA seed
B Healthy 5,000 points $250 HSA seed
B Well 7,000 points $250 HSA seed plus
Health and Wellness Day off

If you are not eligible to enroll in an HSA (see page 11), you will be
