Are a regular, full-time team member
Work at least 30 hours per week
Your dependents who are eligible for beneits are:
Your spouse or domestic partner
Your unmarried children who are:
Under age 26 (regardless of student or marital status for
medical coverage)
Permanently and totally disabled (if disability occurred prior
to age 26, as described above)
Under age 26 (regardless of student status) for all non-
medical lines of coverage
