Employee Assistance Program
ComPsych
As your employer, we are interested in your total well being� The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers counseling services,
administered by ComPsych, in an effort to help you manage problems before they adversely affect your personal life, health, and
job performance� The EAP is provided through ComPsych at no cost for full-time employees and their families�
What Is an EAP?
An EAP is a confidential counseling service that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year� The service is available via a toll-free
number and is staffed by professionals and experienced clinicians to help address personal issues that might be affecting you
and/or your dependents� Some of the reasons you might use an EAP include, but are not limited to:
Personal/family issues Substance abuse Legal counsel
Work concerns/work-related stress Relationship issues (at work or Child care referrals
Financial concerns at home) Elder care referrals
How Does the Program Work?
When you call the EAP, a counselor will spend time with you or your family member on Call 844-268-4400 or log on to:

When appropriate, the EAP counselor will help schedule an appointment with an EAP get more information.
Plus counselor for a face-to-face meeting� EAP Plus counselors are licensed by state- Web ID: Heico
governing agencies� A maximum of five sessions are provided free of charge to each
employee or family member per issue�
Services Provided
EAP Services—Free short-term counseling, management referral, training/seminars, critical incident stress management
response services, management consultation�
Work-Life Services—Unlimited referral and resources for: child care, elder care, education, relocation, daily living issues, etc�
Legal Services—Unlimited consultation with a ComPsych attorney, free 30 min consultation with lawyer in your community,
percent discount off services by lawyer� Coverage for: parental rights, civil/criminal issues, divorce, etc�
Financial Services—Unlimited consultation with a ComPsych CPA/CFP, referral to financial planner� Coverage for: debt, credit
card issues, tax issues, etc�
GuidanceResources® Online—Thousands of articles on helpful topics, tools and calculators, videos on various topics,
searches for lawyers, child care, nursing homes, discount programs, helpful monthly email tip sheets�
Estate Guidance®—A will is one of the most important legal documents for you to have� You can access this free online
resource anytime right on your own computer�
