during your Iniial Enrollment period and click on “Enroll Now”; if you
don’t have computer access at home or work, call beneitsPLUS at
1-800-457-1665
X Remember, you must make an elecion or you’ll be defaulted into the
Standard Medical Plan—Employee Only coverage and waived from all
other coverages requiring an employee contribuion
Making Changes During the 2015 Plan Year
Under IRS rules, your beneit elecions must remain in efect unil
the next plan year which starts on January 1, 2016 unless you have a
qualifying event during the year. You must register your changes by
visiing www.DANbeneitsplus.com or calling the beneitsPLUS soluions
center within 31 days of the qualifying event.
