ALEX by Jellyvision

In order to better support members, SLU offers an employee beneit
assistance tool (interactive online application) ALEX by Jellyvision. In
addition to the support the Beneits Department provides, ALEX can

further assist you by serving as an educational and decision support
resource during your new hire enrollment period. As an employee of SLU,
you are encouraged to take advantage of this employee beneit resource
to better understand the medical plan options available to you. To access

Compass—Transparency Service

SLU provides Compass transparency services to members enrolled in the
QHDHP Plan. Compass utilizes trained Health Pro Consultants to assist

members with navigating the healthcare system and empower members to
make smarter healthcare decisions.

Your Health Pro Consultant helps members and their families by offering

the following services.

X Provide education and give guidance to better understand beneits
throughout the year

X Find highly rated doctors, dentists, and eyecare professionals who
meet the member’s personal health needs

X Provide price comparisons on facilities, services, etc.
X Compare prescription prices and explore lower-cost alternatives

X Review medical bills to make sure you are not overcharged
