Welcome to your 2018–19 beneits enrollment. This is your
opportunity to review our comprehensive selection of beneits and
enroll yourself and your eligible dependents. This guide is provided
to educate and empower you to elect the coverage you and your
family need. Our beneits program is designed to give you peace
of mind and help you reach your goals at work and at home. Our
beneit plan year is May 1, 2018–April 30, 2019, and the elections
you make will be in efect through the end of the plan year. Changes
can only be made if you experience a qualifying event. Beneit
deductions will begin on the pay check which includes the efective
date of coverages. Full details regarding our plans are contained in
our beneit summaries. Should this publication difer from our beneit
summaries, the beneit summaries prevail.
