The Cigna employee assistance program provides solutions to help you
balance work and life through conidential and easily accessible services.
Cigna EAP puts convenient resources within your reach, and helps you—
and your household members—stay healthy. Take advantage of the wide
range of services offered at no cost to you which include the following.
X Up to 3 face-to-face counseling sessions with a counselor in your area
X Legal assistance—30-minute consultation with an attorney face-to-
face or by phone
X Financial—30-minute telephone consultation with a qualiied
specialist on topics such as debt counseling or planning for retirement
X Parenting—resources and referrals for childcare providers, before
and after school programs, camps, adoption organizations, child
development, prenatal care, and more
X Eldercare—resources and referrals for home health agencies, assisted
living facilities, social, and recreational programs, and long-distance
care giving
X Pet care—resources and referrals for pet sitting, obedience training,
veterinarians, and pet stores
X Identity theft: 60-minute consultation with a fraud resolution specialist
All employees are eligible to receive EAP services regardless
