Welcome to Dentsu Aegis Network’s Open Enrollment 2015. One of our
priority iniiaives for the coming year is the introducion of a robust,
compeiive, and comprehensive beneits program for all DAN US Beneit Highlights in
employees which leverages our scale to deliver a variety of new and 2015
enhanced coverage choices to meet your needs. There are plenty of new
opions and opportuniies for you to consider during this important DAN
Open Enrollment period, so please read through this guide carefully as you
start to relect on your beneits choices for 2015.
X We are ofering ive plans in 2015; three PPO opions, a Health Savings
Plan, and a Kaiser HMO (for California employees only)
X All employees are ofered a Health Savings Plan with the tax
advantaged beneits of a Health Savings Account (HSA) in 2015
Z There are many beneits to owning and contribuing to an HSA;
you’ll lower your taxable income and have the freedom to use
your HSA savings for eligible expenses now or save those funds for
reirement; read more about the HSA program on page 19
X We are ofering two dental plans giving you more choices to decide
what level of dental coverage your family needs; our Enhanced Dental
plan includes coverage for dependent orthodonia services
X Life and Disability coverage is ofered through UNUM in 2015 and
features many new enhancements to our exising programs; you’ll be
able to ofer beter inancial protecion to your loved ones through our
consolidaion of companies
X We are ofering three voluntary group insurance programs, Criical
Illness, Accident Insurance, and Hospital Insurance, as a way to help
employees ofset their healthcare cost exposure
X All employees can use our online enroll engine to conveniently enroll
online from their work or home computer
