Enrollment Instructions
Open Enrollment can be
accessed though Oracle at
ebs.pericient.com.
1. From your Oracle homepage,
please select the My Beneits
option under your Employee
Self-Service Portal. This will
navigate you to the page where
you can complete the online
open enrollment process.
2. This page displays your current
dependents. Please review and
add additional dependents if
necessary by clicking the Add
Another Person option. Select
Next (Note: If adding a new
dependent, you will be directed
to a new page and you must
complete all required ields
on the Add Dependents and
Beneiciaries page).
