Hospital Care Insurance

Even a minor trip to the hospital can present you with unexpected expenses
and medical bills, and even with major medical insurance, your plan may
only pay a portion of your entire stay. Hospital Care Insurance is designed to
provide financial assistance to enhance your current coverage. Employees can
use the benefit to assist with the out-of-pocket expenses and extra bills that
can occur. Benefits are paid directly to you based on the amount of coverage
listed, regardless of the actual cost of treatment.

First Day Hospital Confinement Up to $1,000
Daily Hospital Confinement $200 per day
Maximum Days Payable 30
Hospital Intensive Care $400 per day
