All full time employees working 20 hours or more per week are your coverage options and determine
eligible to purchase term life insurance. If you are between 18 and 60 your particular premium for the term life
years of age, you are eligible to purchase 20-year term life insurance insurance coverage option.

Employees can purchase up to $100,000 without medical
questions
You can also elect 20-year term life insurance for your spouse
and/or dependent children
If your spouse is between 18 and 60 years of age, you can
purchase up to $50,000 for your spouse
You can purchase up to $25,000 for your children between 14
days and 24 years of age
Your individual premium rate will depend on your age and will be
paid on a post-tax basis.
