Maternity Support
When you’re pregnant, your health suddenly seems to matter
more than ever before. That’s because your baby is relying on
you to take really good care of your body. Through DAN’s UHC
medical plans, you can take care of your body and your baby
through the Maternity Support Program.
This program doesn’t replace your OBGYN. While visiting
your regular doctor as scheduled, use the Maternity Support
Program to:
• Have questions answered by dedicated maternity nurses
• Receive pregnancy and childbirth reading materials
• Get a pregnancy consultation focused on wellness and
screen for health risks
• Talk to someone about special health care needs or high
risk pregnancies
This program supports your growing family throughout your
pregnancy, during delivery and after you’ve brought your new
baby home. Enroll any time during your pregnancy.
Our medical plan also offers infertility and neonatal programs.
