2019 BENEFITS ENROLLMENT
401(K) PLAN
Employees, age 21 years and older, are eligible to participate in Franke’s 401(k)
plan immediately upon hire. New hires will automatically be enrolled with
a contribution of 4% of eligible wages after 35 days of employment. Franke
matches 100% of your contribution up on the first 4% you contribute. You
will receive the maximum company match if you contribute at least 4% of
salary for the year. You may contribute up to 60% of your eligible wages, not to
exceed the calendar year maximum allowed by the IRS.
