The CareHere Clinic
At our Smyrna and Fayetteville locations you have exclusive access to our
onsite health and wellness centers available to all Franke employees. If you
cover family members on Franke’s health plan, those dependents are also
eligible to access the clinic (keep in mind, dependent children must be
over three years old). Services include treatment of both acute and chronic
conditions such as cold and flu, high blood pressure, diabetes, annual
physicals, lab work, health coaching, and free generic medications on hand at
the clinic, and much more.
If you enroll in the Choice Fund HSA plan, you must pay a nominal fee for
all non-preventive services you and your covered family members receive. All
charges apply to your calendar year deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.
Schedule an Appointment Today
You can log-in to your account online at Carehere.com or schedule an
appointment over the phone through the 24/7 help line at 877.423.1330. You
can connect with CareHere through Facebook and Twitter too! You will be
charged a $25 fee for “no-shows” or non-cancelled appointments—one missed
appointment allowed per patient per year without the $25 charge.
Registering Online is Simple
You must register each family member covered under Franke’s health plan
separately. Follow these steps at www.CareHere.com.
1. Click “Members Login”
2. Click “I need to register for the first time with my Access Code”
3. Enter your Access Code

Fayetteville: FKFV3
4. Click “Go”
5. Respond to the additional questions until you complete the registration
process
