Incentives

The More You Do, the More You Earn!

As you track your progress, you earn points and are rewarded for reaching
the following levels:


7,000 Points

5,000 Points

3,000 Points
1,000 Points


B Informed B Active B Healthy B Well


Achieve the highest level, B Well, and receive up to a $750 HSA
contribution in addition to a $350 insurance premium savings for the
following year for those enrolled in one of Busey’s consumer-driven
health plans or $1,000 cash incentive for those not electing coverage
through Busey’s plan. Rewards for levels earned are paid out on a
quarterly basis. In order to simplify the process for you, beginning in
2019, the 4th quarter payout will be paid in December of the same year.


* It is important to note that HSA incentives and associated levels are based on eligibility to
open an HSA account. Associates not eligible for an HSA are incentivized in another manner.
