COMPANY PAID LIFE
INSURANCE BENEFITS
Basic Life Insurance (100% Company Paid)
When you are a full-time employee, the company provides term life insurance
coverage through Cigna at no cost to you. In the event of your death, our
policy helps provide a financial safety net to your beneficiaries. Your coverage
is equivalent to your annual salary up to a maximum of $300,000.
Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment
(AD&D) Insurance
If your death is the result of an accident or if an accident leaves you with
certain debilitating injuries, you will be covered under our accidental death
and dismemberment insurance for the same amount as the basic life insurance
benefit.
Designating Your Beneficiary
If you pass away while covered by this plan, the benefit is paid to the
beneficiary (or beneficiaries) you designate during enrollment. Please
make sure your beneficiary information is accurate. You may change your
beneficiary at any time by logging into ADP.
