Employee Assistance Program
From time to time, we all have problems that are dificult to solve. Concerns
such as stress, balancing work and family demands, or coping with personal,
family, or work problems can affect job performance and relationships at
home and in the workplace. Four Seasons understands that it is in everyone’s
best interest to deal with such issues as early as possible.
To assist employees and their dependents who are experiencing problems,
Four Seasons offers the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost to
you.
The EAP is available to help with any of the following issues:
z Family relationships z Stress and anxiety
z Marital problems z Work-related concerns
z Alcohol and drug abuse z Depression
The EAP is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A qualiied counselor
will work with you to conidentially help resolve your problems.
Your personal health information will be kept conidential based on the
requirements of the HIPAA privacy and security rules.
