No HIPAA Certificates Issued After 2014
Due to changes made by the Affordable Care Act, the Four Seasons Health
Colour Elements Plan will no longer issue HIPAA certiicates of creditable coverage after
December 31, 2014. The Affordable Care Act allows you to obtain medical
coverage without any exclusions for pre-existing conditions. Therefore, these
certiicates are no longer required.
