Qualified Life Events
A qualiied life event is a change in your personal life which may impact your
eligibility or dependent’s eligibility for beneits. Common examples include The My Four Seasons
marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and death. See the Special Notices Section Benefits Center
for more information. You can review important
beneits information, enroll in
Your Benefit Options beneits, and make changes
to your dependent information
