Enrollment Process



Roquette partners with UltiPro to make your enrollment easier. UltiPro
can be accessed via the web and will feature important information
related to your beneits. Employees who do not complete the enrollment
process will not be allowed to join the plan until the next open enrollment
period or you experience a qualifying life event.


1. If you need help enrolling, please contact the Roquette Beneits
Department at 319.526.2587 or johanna.heule@roquette.com.

Open Enrollment

The enrollment period has been scheduled for October 23 through
November 12, 2017. Employees must complete enrollments during this
time.

1. Login to https://ew31.ultipro.com

2. Go to the “Myself” tab, then choose “Open Enrollment”

3. Click on “Open Enrollment for 2018 Beneits” to begin your
enrollment session

New Hire Enrollment

As a new hire, you have 30 days from your date of hire to complete your
enrollment.

1. Login to https://ew31.ultipro.com

2. Go to the “Myself” tab, then choose “Life Events”

3. Click on “I am a new hire” to begin your enrollment session

Completing Changes Due To A Life Change Event

You have 60 days from your life event to complete your changes.

1. Login to https://ew31.ultipro.com

2. Go to the “Myself” tab, then choose “Life Events”

3. Click on the applicable life event from the list to begin your session

Note: you will need Social Security Numbers and date of birth
information for each dependent. All dependent information will need to
be entered into UltiPro for enrollment.

Remember, enrollment is required—you must accept or waive coverage.
