Comprehensive vision coverage is offered through Wellmark vision care.
You have the lexibility to choose network or non-network providers
however you will pay less out-of-pocket costs when visiting network
providers. For a complete list of in-network providers near you, visit
www.wellmark.com and click Find a Doctor or Hospital in the menu
at the bottom to search for an optometrist. For those employees living
outside of Iowa, click on “National Provider List.”
Vision coverage is included in your medical plan for no additional
premium to the employee.
